As an Operations Manager, you are key to our multi-channel distribution strategy, and you will take a stake in the development of our revolutionary BigFundr platform that connects global property developers to investors, offering a fast and digital savings alternative to regular banks. Together with our IT, Client Experience, Products and Compliance teams you will build and shape our daily business operations and drive our successful products to our diverse pool of retail, accredited and institutional investors around the region. Act as an entrepreneur, own and lead all client support functions of our BigFundr platform
Design and implement scalable operations processes that prepare the BigFundr team for rapid user expansion
Collaborate with Product and Engineering team to identify and define specifications for Platform functionality development and enhancements
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as our investors, note issuers, escrow agent, compliance, finance and client experience teams to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of operational tasks
Conceptualise, fool-proof and document the different investment structures that BigFundr offers to our investors
Oversee and ensure investors and issuers\xe2\x80\x99 monies, including the principal, interest and fees are promptly and properly transferred / paid to the right parties via our appointed escrow agent
Collaborate with the various internal functions to develop and review service and operations procedures, policies and standards
Work with Compliance partners to ensure rigorous KYC and AML checks are performed on our BigFundr platform users
Stay on top of the regulatory changes and requirements from partners to adapt internal processes
Work closely with Investor Relations colleagues to ensure clients\xe2\x80\x99 well-being and concerns are properly taken care of
Ensure proper documentation of all financing and legal papers and processes
Prepare and conduct trainings to internal and external stakeholders on the use of the platform and any operational needs
Assist, prepare and co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all documentation is complete before loan start or loan ends
Other ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in Finance, Business or Operations Management preferred
Proven leadership
Knowledge of financial instruments is an added advantage
Preferred at least 1 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate may apply.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Self-starter with strong hands-on mentality
Fast organizer who can prioritize and tackle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a precise and well-structured way of working
Meticulous and have an eye for details
Good appreciation for risk and control procedures and regulations
