Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based manufacturer and repair of engines, turbines and electric generators
• Working location: West Singapore
• Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday 7.30AM - 4.48PM
• Salary range: up to SGD 8000 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus (10% - 12.5% on target)
• Company transport will be provided at designated points

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitor labor utilization and efficiency to ensure optimized manpower.
• Manage a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to achieve SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) performance targets.
• Ensure escalation process standard work is followed and teams are engaged in 5 whys problem solving activities.
• Manage deep dive and root cause analysis to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for continuous improvement measures.
• Drive cycle/lead time improvements and implement cost control/reduction strategies.
• Manage overall production job orders scheduling, execution and fulfillment.
• Report gaps and take actions to reverse negative trends.
• Relevant experience in rotor cell/ aero cell will be an advantage.
