Job Scope:Assists the HOD/Pupil Management and SH/Pupil Management in student discipline matters including\xc2\xb7 Patrolling (in and out off school) during school and after school hours\xc2\xb7 Disciplinary follow up and investigations\xc2\xb7 Managing student late comers\xc2\xb7 Detention/in-house suspension duties during and after school hours\xc2\xb7 Overseeing Corrective Works OrdersAdministration\xc2\xb7 Key into School Cockpit mobile system and other school based systems\xc2\xb7 Tracking and following up of late-comers\xc2\xb7 Updating of late-comers files\xc2\xb7 Updating of detention recordsSupporting the Pupil Management Programmes for targeted students\xc2\xb7 Smoking/Vaping Cessation Programme\xc2\xb7 GEAR UP Programme (including accompanying students out of school)Assist HOD/Pupil Management and PMT to analyze discipline data\xc2\xb7 Analyse Discipline Offence Trends\xc2\xb7 Maintain attendance and monitor late-comingWorking Arrangement:Location: HougangDate: 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025Working Hours:\xc2\xb7 Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break\xc2\xb7 Fridays: 7:00am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch breakService not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.Lunch: 1 hourSalary: $2600/MonthJob Requirements:\xc2\xb7 At least 1 year experience working with youths and/or discipline matters.\xc2\xb7 At least a diploma (qualifications in relevant disciplines such as Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Counselling, etc will be advantageous)The Personnel should preferably have the following skills:\xc2\xb7 An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 A meticulous individual who can multi-task and works independently in a fast-paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications and IT systems.EA License No.: 96C4864Reg.
