To support the day-to-day operational needs of the retail team and be involved in executing new initiatives/processes together with the business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Operations
Be the key point of contact for the retail team
Provide administrative support to the retail team, including but not limited to stationery, uniforms, name cards ordering, and any other operational needs
Assist in planning, organization and execution of new initiatives, operational procedures and events for the retail team, and be present where required, to ensure smooth operational workflow in both domestic and travel retail
Generate and prepare retail performance related reports, including daily sales update/monthly sales report, store sales performance/traffic report, and other reports per request
Be involved in the set-up of policies for store, identify best practices and access how these can be implemented in day-to-day operations of the stores.
Responsible for submission of monthly Overtime report
Maintain roster overview and ensure all trainings, events, changes, and any other engagements are promptly and properly updated
Be responsible for all onboarding matters, including but not limited to submission of onboarding checklist, liaising with new staff on uniforms needs, and coordinate with HR on scheduling of operations briefing
Provide support for store environment and facilities maintenance for all stores through sourcing/liaising with vendors or suppliers, and follow-up on contract or license renewals with vendors/suppliers accordingly
Inventory Management
Support all the manual daily operations on order processing, and newness sell-in, follow-up with trade partners
Follow up PO orders from trade partners and maintain healthy inventory levels at POS
Updating the pricing and trade margins in the system, and to follow-up with Trade Partners where needed
Build and maintain good relationships with Trade Partners
Coordinate with both internal and external partners for on time supply and delivery to stores
Ensure proper upload of newness and/or removal of discontinued products in system.
Responsible for Vendor creation, PO generation, Invoice postings and submission to Finance team
Commercial Reports (Qualitative)
Be involved in monthly/annual retail expense planning and follow-up
Be able to use internal systems to generate pre-requisite reports and use excel or any MS-Office to analyze sales/traffic/business trends for reporting purposes
Competitors sales/activities survey
Monthly store ranking report
Communication
Work closely with other departments such as VM, Marketing, and Learning to fulfill store operations or business needs
Build collaborative relationships with cross-divisional or cross-functional teams to support One-House initiatives where needed
Be involved in projects and to manage and lead where needed
Requirements
Prior experience in retail operations with strong analytical and retail mind set
Strong attention to details and prioritization skills to manage many concurrent works/projects and meet deadlines
Good cross-department communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Well versed in MS Office tool, especially Excel and Power Point
