Planned and managed the stuffing and unstuffing activities with the shipping team to ensure that customer order fulfillment is achieved in a timely manner. Manage a team of unstuffers to ensure that timely containers returned to ports are achieved. Report any deviations in products temperature during receiving process and coordinate with CS to inform customers prior to receiving Assist in all investigation processes on customer complaints by providing corrective and preventive action plans into actions. Monitor and ensure that all MHE are accounted for and that cleaning is done daily. Report any malfunctioning MHEs/Facility improvements to Maintenance Dept to ensure all available MHEs are performing at their top conditions to achieve full operations optimization. APPLY NOW!!
