Job Responsibilities:

• Required to plan incoming and out-going orders
• Ensure the smooth flow of all shipment and warehouse activities
• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations and responsible for the overall operation and administration of the program.
• Supervise and guarantee the correct execution of the operations of entry, storage and exit of goods that are carried out in the warehouse, control of the preparation of orders and the loading and unloading operations of transport vehicles of the logistics operator, providing information daily.
• Take responsibility for and supervise the management of daily operations in relation to outsourced transport and logistics providers.
• Prepare customer orders, supplying the logistics operator with the technical documentation Delivery note, analysis certificate, dispatch label, among others.
• Inventory control and regular balance with the logistics operator
• Declaration of vessels for both arrival and departure of port authority
• Manage, supervise and send customer input samples, and those required by the laboratory
• Supervision of compliance with the regulations on the transport of dangerous products in our shipments.
• Define, prepare and process the documentation that affects the import process such as the B/L'S issue, Authentications, certificates of origin, technical documentation, etc. for the customs agent
• Archive files of import, export, customer documentation, creditor invoices; that is, all the documentation that the company must legally support.
• Comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Quality Management System.
• Know and implement the QMS quality policy and procedures
• To perform operations, review as and where necessary
• Any other duties as assigned by warehouse Manager

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 - 3 years of Warehouse Operations and Logistics environment experience in relevant industry
• Effective cross-functional team member with good conflict resolution skills
• Customer focused and results driven
• Proficiency in MS office and hardworking & able to work independently under tight schedules
