Job Description
Job Purpose
1. Working in the Asia DTM Supply Chain team managing the supply of Flexitank and other ancillary equipment, into the DHL Ocean Bulk and Hillebrand Gori organizations in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
2. To ensure a continuous supply of equipment to meet the customers demand and delivery schedules, managing supply chain costs, whilst maintaining an overview and management of the companys inventory stockholding which impact on working capital.
Key Tasks
- Managing order of raw materials, fleixtanks, dry bulkliners and 3rd party equipment like anxillury with factory
- Order of flexitank stocks for the APAC offices
- Validation of the orders from the factories to ensure correct order fulfilment globally
- Optimization of the stocks for APAC offices
- Update of the flexitank inventory on X3 for APAC. X3 is currently not integrated to CW1
- Handle all sales enquiry from customer which in our case, with our APAC offices internally like optimisation of per FCL load, etc
- Coordination of shipping document/ requirement with factory
- Aging stock management
- Monitoring of trial and R&D tanks movement

- At least 2 years in related field
