Job Description
Reporting to the Agency Manager, the incumbent will:
- Communicate and execute port call planning
- Expedite ship\'s turnaround
- Process immigration and port formalities
- Electronic data entry and updates during all stages of port call
- Any other operational duties as assigned by the Management
- Cruise vessels port agency handling matters experiences will be valued added
- \'N\' or \'O\' level and above
- 1 - 2 years of previous experience as a port agent
- Experiences of handling cargo operations as a port agent will be valued added
- A positive attitude, and strives for continuous improvement
- Customer focused & proactive, communicates clearly and with confidence
- Must be a team player
- Able to meet tight deadlines
