Job descriptionResponsibilities Provide an optimal transportation service according to the client's request Benchmark and find most cost-effective solution for the client within a specific deadline. Provide client with quotations and time required for each operational case Follow up with clients regarding orders for vessels with active operation Instruct all parties involved and closely monitor process until operation is completed Check all possible solutions prior to advising a problem to a client Once operation is completed, prepare a final costs advice for the client Maintain operational system updated Enter all costs in our system for final invoicing Prepares the client reports timely on a monthly basis Assist/ support PO HandlingRequirements Fluency in English (written and spoken) A few years' experience in the Marine logistics industry would be preferred but not required.
