Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls and emails on customer enquiries
  • Key-in customers\xe2\x80\x99 purchase orders and ensure stock availability for completion of order
  • Prepare sales order, delivery order and picking list and other documents
  • Liaise with customers for delivery timings and locations
  • Apply Singapore Customs permit and get permit approved, liaising with Singapore Customs should there be any permit related issues
  • File documentation
Job Requirements
  • NITEC or Diploma holders
  • Able to work on alternate Saturdays
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese customers
  • Located in West Coast area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month Work Location: One location
