Manage group of outsource workers, Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for them. Coordination of training activities.
Recruitment activities, interview and select potential candidates.
Responsible to achieve sales target.
Analyse and implement policies to find people at the quickest rate possible
Handling clients feedback and complains, ensure customer satisfaction & good client relationship
Monthly report to management
High pressure-working environment

Requirements:

Min GCE "O" Level
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
Computer literate
Positive attitude and Responsible
Pleasant deposition and able to communicate with people
Discipline in delivering and also a Team Player
