Job Description
Candidate should possess 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in fund operations either with an asset management company, fund accounting company or bank custodian.
The candidate is expected to
- Perform unit trust trade processing, settlement and reconciliation of investment holdings records
- Ensure investors\' transactions are properly executed and updated on the investment platform.
- Liaise with custodian and agents /nominees on the transfer of unit trusts.
- Perform trailer fee and management fee computations and preparations of relevant reports
- Possess knowledge of unit trust backroom settlement operations and processes
- Support Onboarding team and Business Development team in resolving client requests and issues
Suitable candidates are likely to possess relevant experience, exhibit personal initiative and be a good communicator.
