The Operations Executive carries out daily trade operations which cover all stages of order processing. He/She supports the storage and distribution of products to clients. He/She helps to resolve conflicts at the workplace. He/She has good team ethics and communication skills.
Tendering and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare and submit bids and proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the project execution from start to finish. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a strong pipeline of new projects.
Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Monitor and track project progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new projects and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members. Prepare regular project reports, including budget and status updates, and present findings to management as required.
Quality Control and Assurance: Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary to improve project delivery and efficiency.
