Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of suppliers/ subcons and provide costing to Project team.
• Compare pricing and prepare costing summary for all projects.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers and sub-contractors to achieve competitive pricing.
• To issue & process work order upon confirmation of order by client.
• Issue of purchases order to Supplies/Sub-Contractor, payments variation orders, settlement of final accounts with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Issue of Delivery Order
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule and transportation.
• Support Project Team in project management from beginning to the full completion of the project.
• Support Project Team to ensure all site installations are on schedule and according to customer requirements.
• Submission of progressive claims to client
• Preparation and submission of documents to client upon completion of projects
• To update project references, company profile, and catalogues library.
• To control and monitor the stock level of samples & catalogues.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Diploma in Operations Management/ Logistic Management or equivalent relevant qualification
• Candidates without the required qualifications with relevant working experiences can be considered.
• Working experience in the interior fit-outs/renovation industry an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft office software.
• Can communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
