Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our business operations and play a key role as part of the core and backbone of the company to support cross-functional stakeholders, as well as manage relationships with partners to ensure smooth business processes. Key Responsibilities

• Supply and distribution management \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for ensuring that supply is able to meet production goals and ready stock is available for sampling, clients, and R&D
• Production forecasting \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for working with top management to help in developing volume forecasts which helps can guide business and production plans
• Procurement \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for negotiating on raw material purchases, exploring new avenues of procurement, and handling supplier relations
• Optimize and manage the supply chain planning processes to ensure stock availability, optimize storage, and minimize wastage
• Responsible for ensuring that product is available for initiatives/events, which will involve coordination with internal and external parties
• Be the primary point of contact for our partners in respect of operational matters
• Build strong working relationships internally and externally along the supply chain to support sales growth, cost savings, and product innovation
• To provide operational support to other Hoow Foods Group of Companies

Requirements

• 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh grads with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply)
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong project management, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• A passion for driving the future of food for a healthier more sustainable world

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Production planning: 1 year (Preferred)
