Operations Executive – Team Leader

Vacancies : 3 Reporting to : Head of Operations Supported by : IC/2IC

About the Business Our client is a pioneer in driving safety school providing a full range of motorcars, motorcycles, heavy vehicles driving courses with a workforce of 270.

Mission To promote road safety and support the long-term road safety strategy of the Government

Vision To foster both drivers and riders with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe driving and riding.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations includes updating of driving instructor’s daily attendance and movement, investigate accident incident, and investigate learners’ feedback on training related matters

• S upervise a team of driving instructors (~15 pax) including coaching and counselling on their performance

• Collaborate with team members and building productive working relationships, to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team

• Prepare monthly reports as requested by management

• Perform ad hoc duties when needed
  

Requirements

• Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply

• Diploma/Degree with 2 years of relevant experience
  

• Te am and people management experiences

• Self-motivated, working under pressure, a team player and able to work independently

• Strong facilitation, planning and organizational skills required

• Proficient in MS office and reporting
  

• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Mon – Fri : AM 7.40 am – 3.55 pm / PM 3.25 pm – 10 pm

• Weekends : 7.40 am – 5.40 pm

• Possess class 3 driving licence

• Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken
  

• Location : Northern part of Singapore (Shuttle bus provided from Admiralty MRT station)
  

• Salary range : $3,000 - $4,000 per month + HP Allowance + Laundry Allowance + AWS + VB (commensurate with experience)
