Operations Executive - Team LeaderVacancies : 3Reporting to : Head of OperationsSupported by : IC/2ICAbout the BusinessOur client is a pioneer in driving safety school providing a full range of motorcars, motorcycles, heavy vehicles driving courses with a workforce of 270.MissionTo promote road safety and support the long-term road safety strategy of the GovernmentVisionTo foster both drivers and riders with excellent skills, knowledge and manners for safe driving and riding.Duties and Responsibilities . Manage day-to-day operations includes updating of driving instructor's daily attendance and movement, investigate accident incident, and investigate learners' feedback on training related matters . Supervise a team of driving instructors (~15 pax) including coaching and counselling on their performance . Collaborate with team members and building productive working relationships, to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team . Prepare monthly reports as requested by management . Perform ad hoc duties when neededRequirements . Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply . Diploma/Degree with 2 years of relevant experience . Team and people management experiences . Self-motivated, working under pressure, a team player and able to work independently . Strong facilitation, planning and organizational skills required . Proficient in MS office and reporting . Willing to work rotating shifts - Mon - Fri : AM 7.40 am - 3.55 pm / PM 3.25 pm - 10 pm - Weekends : 7.40 am - 5.40 pm . Possess class 3 driving licence . Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken . Location : Northern part of Singapore (Shuttle bus provided from Admiralty MRT station) .
