Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfilment (Wholesales/Corporate):
- Coordinate and liaise with sales team (Wholesales / Corporate) timely.
- Review daily orders request.
- Process the order to generate pick list.
- Check availability and shelf life of the inventory.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders.
- Communicate delivery updates with sales team.
- Monitor inventory level.
- Support Wholesales RTV creation and posting in WMS.
- Receiving Gin In
- Gin-in all receiving from 3PL & Vendors in the WMS
- Posting of
- Sample withdrawal.
- Write Off
- Support Retail Picking creation and posting if needed.
- Ad Hoc Duties
- Perform any duties assigned by Superior.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 to 4 years\' experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and deal with uncertainty.
- Adaptable, open-minded and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change.
- Attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing.
Working hours:
- Mon to Fri: Office hours & may require to work outside office hours.
- During Peak Season, will have rotating shifts + Weekends duty.
- Comfortable to work in a warehouse environment.
