:
\xc2\xb7 Estate management such as
o Working with contractors to maintain and improve the school facilities, environment, machines and equipment, and stores and to be operationally ready; and
o Going around the school to check on the cleanliness of school compound and conditions of facilities.
\xc2\xb7 Safety and security matters such as:
o Going round the school to check on fire-fighting equipment and safety measures;
o Performing checks on cleanliness and hygiene of school canteen stalls. Personnel will be required to undergo training and certification in food hygiene;
o Maintaining security and vigilance of the school premises by being alert to identify strangers and visitors to the school; and
o Performing gate and traffic warden duties during peak hours like in the morning and school dismissal.
\xc2\xb7 Logistical support such as:
o Setting up of school venues for events, meetings, examinations, etc according to requirement; and
o Performing traffic warden duties during school events.
\xc2\xb7 Purchasing and admin tasks such as:
o Processing job quotations and payments to vendors;
o Maintaining records of assets/stores, warranty and maintenance works;
o Assisting in school\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability efforts;
o Assisting in coordination of maintenance schedule; logistics support for school events; and
Assisting in monitoring of faults reported.

Location: Woodlands
Contract Duration: 1 June 2023 to 31 Dec 2023
Salary: $2500-$2800
Working Hours:
\xc2\xb7 Mon to Thu: 7.00am to 4.30pm or 9.30am to 7.00pm (inclusive of 1 hr lunch break)
\xc2\xb7 Fri: 7.00am to 4.00pm or 10.00am to 7.00pm (inclusive of 1hr lunch break)
\xc2\xb7 Working hours may vary during school days and school holidays depending on the school\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
Service is not required on Saturday, Sunday and gazetted public holidays. However, Personnel may from time to time be required to work on a non-working day to support programmes/events, and repairs and maintenance work.
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Preferably with experience in logistics and estate management;
\xc2\xb7 Possess good organising abilities, interpersonal and communication skills;
\xc2\xb7 Certification in Food Hygiene or Fire Safety Manager would be an advantage
