Job Description

:

Upon project award, liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain all necessary project information from internal team members within the required timeframe. Manage and coordinate all authority submission activities, including preparation of documents, submission tracking, and follow-up with relevant agencies. Communicate updates, approvals, or delays to both internal teams and stakeholders in a timely manner. Notify relevant parties of scheduled inspections, submission timelines, and any extensions or additional requirements. Ensure all communication is properly documented and shared through appropriate channels (e.g., email, messaging platforms). Assist in preparing project schedules, progress updates, and internal reports. Support procurement or logistics coordination for project-related materials when required. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations. Work closely with internal teams on material submissions or other operational requirements. Provide administrative and coordination support to project or operations teams as required.

Perform additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management to support operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or any related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the local construction industry (preferably with a contractor firm). Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. * Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
