- Oversee operational activities at every level of an organization
- Strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, ECE or equivalent
- Excellent IT Skills
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous management experience would be preferred
