Job Summary:
- Company background: Singapore Listed Offshore Marine field
- Working location: West
- Working days & hrs: 5 days, (Mon - Fri) 8am to 6pm ; Friday (8am-5pm)
- Salary Range: up to S$ 7500 (dep on exp) + avr 2 months VB
- Company transport provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay onwards
- Act as Head of Equipment Leasing, Sales & Servicing Department to run and manage over 200 equipment such as Boom Lifts, Air Compressors, Forklifts, Dryers, After Coolers, Scissors Lift and its after sales services.
- Understanding of market dynamics and customers\' needs
- Manage and maximize revenue on current fleet of equipment/assets owned by the Company
- Direct activities to limit costs, improve machines reliability, safety and to provide/maintain good customer service levels
- Ensure that all employees and workplace align with the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System policy
- Streamline work processes and improve workflow from time to time
- Responsible for the overall Environmental & Safety Performance when planning and executing the Works
- Relevant experiences in fleet, heavy equipment, boom lift, forklift, air compressor.
- Relevant managerial experiences in managing a team of supervisors and workers.
