Job Description

Responsibilities:
? Manage the recruitment operations of the executive search, specialist recruitment and
outsourcing teams
? Ensure and monitor the service delivery against contractual terms and service level agreements
(SLA)
? Identify, develop and establish new clients, and negotiate service agreements
? Handle account management, maintenance and retention of existing clients
? Handle concerns escalated by clients, and find solutions or make recommendations
? Mentor, coach and train staff. Ensure effective performance optimisation of all team members.Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management, Business Administration or
other related courses
? With 8 to 10 years of experience in recruitment operations, and at least 3 years in a Managerial
role
? At least 2 to 3 years of experience working in a recruitment firm; knowledgeable in the over-all
operations of a recruitment firm
? At least 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing and account
management
? With good understanding on general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss
? Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
? Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
? Good command of English (verbal and written)
? Willing to work onsite in OrtigasJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
