Job Description

  • Preferably with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • having at least 5 years experience as General Manager/Rooms Division Manager/FOM experience, ideally with an international hotel
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Experienced in pre opening with international hotel as FOM / rooms division manager
  • with strong leadership, coaching and training
Knowledge in PMS configuration preferably in Opera or Symphony System and Fiesta System: Responsible for creating and maintaining a guest experience in line with the Corporate mission and vision. You will be responsible for hiring, training and mentoring Managers in the Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Security departments.Responsibilities: Hire, train and mentor Managers in key areas Create a culture in line with the Hotels' corporate values and mission Review and Develop SOPs and follow P&L goals Meet quarterly financial goals set by Corporate Monitor, analyze, and control all labor and inventory costs. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedules to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved. Maintain hotel and grounds Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the promotion and future events and promotions Oversee training program for hotel staffJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per monthBenefits:
