Nam Ho DMC Pte Ltd is a sister concern of Nam Ho Travel Group which is a 60 years old Singapore based reputed travel company.

Supervise day to day operations Planning of Travel movement on ground Rotation of Customer Hotline and online chat Support Operations, Reservation and Sales Staff Liaising with Suppliers, In-house Drivers, Guides and Team members Responsible for answering feedback and complaints Responsible for overall customer service improvement Managing company’s Social media website Any Adhoc Job assigned by Management

Requirements

  • At least 5 – 8 Years of customer service experience in Travel or travel related services
  • Good rapport and knowledge of Attractions, Hotels, and restaurants
  • Able to do quotation as and when necessary
  • Good Team Player and leader
  • Good command of Tamil or Hindi Speaking
  • Able to maintain professionalism in dealing with Customers
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Proficient in MS
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
