SGoons Tattoo is a fast growing Tattoo Shop in Orchard, Lucky Plaza with a sister company in the Philippines. As a fast growing company, we are looking for a new member of our Singapore branch to oversee the operations in the shop.An Operations Manager handles day-to-day activities that enable the tattoo shop to run smoothly. The role requires exceptional organisational, time management and creativity, as well as strong communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities: Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities within the tattoo shop Hit monthly sales quota set by the company Ability to do tattoos & ability to determine a good quality tattoo Identify problems between clients and artists and quickly resolve them Coordinate project tasks between clients and tattoo artists Ability to train new Tattoo Artists Manage fair scheduling of tasks between Tattoo Artists Manage tattoo supply inventories & supplies ordering Ensuring all tattoo artists' work are at par with the company standards Manage business operations so that they meet company goals and customer expectations Create compliance between operations and company standards Maintain procedural documentation such as waivers & tattoo consents whenever applicable Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to state and federal health regulations Create an environment that is orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive teamQualifications and Requirements Minimum Diploma preferred Experience in a Tattoo industry is a must Experience in office management or an administrative role Excellent communication and people management skills Excellent organizational and time management
