Job Description


  • Responsible for the planning, organizing and directing, managing and evaluating the daily operations of an established System Design and Integration House for Intelligence Security Systems
  • Serves as the immediate point of contact for all logistics operations and management activities
  • Manage all customer retention activities and proactively identify potential areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ensure all inbound queries raised by customers on company products are addressed professionally in a timely manner
  • Oversee the contract and its operation to achieve efficient provision of the services
  • Work closely with different departments so as to ensure a streamlined work process
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day operations, import/export and storage activities
  • Inventory management and replenishment of equipment and tools for daily work activities
  • Attend to client’s job request, enquiries and meeting, ensuring jobs are carried out on schedule
  • Administer work scheduling and manpower planning which includes managing department staff’s time sheet and attendance for submission to HR
  • Warranty management which includes management of budget, warranty claims and audits
  • Ad-hoc duties including on-site set up, providing training to new team members, interviewing of candidates and office maintenance and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Possess minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in operational management, which include logistics and inventory management
  • Experience in an operations role in a technology or rapid growing local company
  • Familiar with import/export shipping operations and logistics management
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills to provide with effective solutions
  • Effective communication, good planning, foresight in forecasting and coordination
  • Competent in managing resources, manpower process improvements and knowledge in generating reports and presentation skills
  • Able to interact effectively with the various departments to organize resources within the Company to meet its business needs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage daily operations
  • Able to use Microsoft Office suites and tech savvy
