Job Description


To plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations. You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with management & managers to develop better SOPs to achieve quality output and uniformity of performance.
  • Facilitate and lead managers/staff to implement directions and strategies set by the management.
  • Provide setup, direction and framework to the outlets to achieve the highest professional standards for operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Take initiative to improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and level of service; ensure customers are scheduled appropriately to provide high-level care, minimal wait times, and high profitability.
  • Regular checks on the outlets to ensure cleanliness of the space is adhered to.
  • Regular checks on the outlets staff to ensure SOP on professional grooming is adhered to.
  • Regular checks on the outlets to ensure all devices are in good working order and to provide rectification measures for any repair works to be conducted.
  • Conduct store visits with corrective actions to be communicated for all areas of operational procedures.
  • Countercheck invoices/recipes to ensure accurate tabulation of sales and flagging of any discrepancies found.
  • Countercheck to ensure all customers complete documentations prior to any services performed.
  • Project manage new outlet openings and events.
  • Manage and direct negotiations with external business vendors/ partners.
  • Ensuring sufficient salon/retail stock within stores and managing stock control and stock inventory and ensuring inventory records are accurate at all outlets.
  • Assist the clinic leader with inventory (professional and retail), maintaining stock levels, and accurately capturing stock received and filing invoices.
  • Organize, plan and implement inventory activities at outlets.
  • Oversee and ensure efficiency, profitabilities to meet KPIs of the outlets.
  • Develop weekly / monthly logistic, sales reports. Analysis of the long-term impacts on the facilities.
  • Involve, plans, schedules manpower to ensure productivity at the outlets.
  • Oversee staff’s compliance to policies, enforcing rules and policies.
  • Ability to respond, make right decisions and resolve diverse problems.
  • Cultivate efficient working environment and positive group dynamics.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned
