Operations Manager
Job Description
For the Job of Operations Manager, he/she should have relevant experience in running an operations in a logistics company, ability to portray self motivation to work alone and as a team and able lead the members. We need not only a leader but one who can be a team player as well. He/she must be able to do planning of work schedule to ensure smooth operations. Should have a positive and outgoing personality that can engage in clients relations and maintain good relationship with fellow colleagues. Most importantly, to be able to work long hours and able to work outdoor and physical fit to carry out the logistics moving. Minimum Class 3 Driving license able to operate a 15foot truck is required. Need to work minimum 6months on site , salary can be negotiated based on experience. Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays. no fixed offdays. Must be able to be able to be on 24hours standby for last minute or adhoc duties on off/rest days.
