able to travel and work between all outlets of the company to do supervisory work and management
able to take instruction from higher management to implement company directive and
good self displicine and work on good principle for the good of the company
able to plan and execute Cost control and saving for the company
able to deal with HR and supervise recruitment to screen for potential candidate
able to do PR and marketing on behaf of the company and plan marketing and promotion to increase sales for the company
may need to be hand on operations in any event to overlap and fill in when shortage of staff in any department
able to execute food safety management according to authorities requirement.
able to do bookkeeping and stock control for inventory.
