Friends of Friend Referral IncentiveThe position covers "QC", "Productivity" and "Safety"Quality role: Responsibilities: . Act as Quality Logistics/ Warehouse representative to attend daily meetings to validate and follow up on productive non-conformances, products handling that related to logistics/ warehouse. Lead in quarterly and monthly quality reports including update performance, trends, improvement and support needed.. Prepare NCs reports weekly - Review and ensure closure of field non-conformance (NC), CAPA (Correct action, Preventive action).. Conduct field investigation with respective Logistics/ Warehouse member or Customer to clarify on non-conformance. Conduct investigation and justify root cause with corrective actions to share in the daily meeting.. Provide inputs to identify the cause of the defects through Logistics/ Warehouse validation with the support of management and advise customers to address the issues, lead / Participate corrective actions assigned to Logistics/ Warehouse. Draft reports logistics/ warehouse issues for proper containment, disposition and corrective actions and report findings closure and updates monthly. Act as important point for logistics/ warehouse related escalations and complaints, and all other quality matters. Handle customer complaints and non-conformances, perform root-cause analysis to identify effective correction and process improvement. Perform Initial investigation / vetting of problem to understand and assign CA (Corrective Action) to customer when determined as logistics/ warehouse issues. Formalize and maintain defects library; train operation staff on safe handling of products, Carry out process audit to ensure complianceSafety role: . Perform the duties of a Workplace Safety and Health Officer in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.. Introduce in-house safety rules and ensure that housekeeping and safety rules are in compliance to standards set.. Monitor and evaluate the site/s overall HSE performance to identify and minimize recurring incidents.. Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH legal requirements, codes of practices and Singapore Standards. This will also include communicating with external and internal stakeholders on up-to date changes in WSH legislations and other requirements.. Maintain an effective Safety Management System for the organisation.. Conduct workplace inspections to ensure compliance with WSH Act and COVID-19 legislations.. Ensure that all equipment and facilities comply with HSE standards and do not pose any potential hazards.. Lead incident investigations to identify root cause of incidents / accidents with detailed incident reporting (within 3 working days), report to all stakeholders, recommend corrective actions, follow up until closure and incorporate practice into existing Safe Work Procedure. Oversee the issuance of PPE to workers. Establish, support the development and maintain a positive safety culture in the workplace.. Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures to stakeholders.. Conduct WSH trainings and champion WSH promotional activities.. Report monthly HSE safety statistics reports to all stakeholders. (e.g., incident accident summary report, training conducted, etc).. Maintains WSH documented information for the organisation as well as review safety documentation on inhouse and contractor work activities.. Improve the safety culture through regular safety campaigns, posters etc.Productivity role: . Team Player. Able to work independentlyJob Requirements: . Good management skills, credibility, meticulous, resourceful with the ability to prioritise, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions and attention to details.. Possess the ability to work independently, able to describe 'What' and the 'How', self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to effectively prioritise, plan and organise. Must have experience in Quality Management. Relevant experience in similar industry is preferred. Leadership in teamwork. Able to provide training to ground staff. Posses a class 3 license and a vehicle will be an advantage. 3 months on the job training, to come in every Saturday, once confirmed alternate Saturday.Working Location and Working Hours: Jurong Island ( Main) : 20 Sakra Road, Singapore 627889Mondays to Saturdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
