Job Description

Overview Operations Manager responsibilities include assisting the management team with all operational and administrative support tasks to ensure the operations of the group restaurants/cafés runs smooth in day-to-day operations. You will supervise and guide the service team to ensure a high level of quality and consistency of food and beverage services across the F&B outlets. You are expected to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy service periods in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company and brand service standards are upheld.

• Assist the management to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions.

• Able to handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service.

• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

• Handle repair and maintenance of all outlet equipment and premises to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant for smooth operation.

• Recruits, retains, rewards and terminates staff as needed.

• Able to schedule and plan staffing/roster base on operational requirement of the outlet.

• Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants.

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management.
  

• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the restaurant industry is required for this position.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

• Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
