Responsible for implementing and maintaining the studio process and operations of the company 2. Overseeing the HR department and to work closely with each staff to solve personnel issues. 3. Overseeing client complaints and to mitigate for best solutions between the clients and the company 4. Responsible to oversee the inventory on retail items and to communicate closely with the outside vendors to keep all items consistent flow with the changes of products. 5. Overseeing the accounting department and working closely to review budget, revenue growth, and profitability 6. Responsible for reporting on how the business is functioning and whether the implemented processes and policies are working or need changes 7. To be responsible for a safe, professional and high-quality studio 8. To maintain a pleasant and professional work environment 9. To provide support to other staff where needed. Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing management duties of a company. Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel, word is required. 10. Have experience in managing multiple branches simultanteoulsy to cross over logistics and planning. 11. Can speak in Korean language as the company currently has many Korean speaking members.
