This position reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with administrative and operations staff. Misswish is committed to providing high-quality customer service to our clients, emphasising continuous improvement and smooth operations. Misswish is in the Health & Beauty industry and this role requires high levels of communication with clients and staff members. You are to be involved in: 1. Learn how to contact, book and manage appointments for clients. 2. Ensure all operations are carried on appropriately, and cost-effectively. 3. Resolve and de-escalate any client disputes using guidelines provided while maintaining the company's objectives. Prevent and resolve any staff members' disputes that may arise due to operations errors. Individual will be able to develop his/her communication skills. 4. Carries out administrative duties such as writing and distributing messages/emails, correspondence memos and letters to respond to clients and develop a high-quality customer-service level. Requirements: 1. Fluent in both English (Reading, Speaking & Writing) and Mandarin (Reading & Speaking) 2. Technical competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
