Job Description
Location: Pasir Panjang Provide FWA benefits, office hours. Looking at mid-level manager.
Responsibility
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization\xe2\x80\x99s internal capacity
- Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Partner with HR & IT teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in any business-related field prefer
- 3-5 years of experience in managing operation team in technology field
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of general business software and an aptitude for learning new applications
