Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical staff to ensure that all the facilities and equipment within the property are maintained in good operating conditions at all times. This includes planning and scheduling of work tasks of the Technicians, scheduling and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance works of all M&E systems and facilities, conducting weekly meetings with site staff for updates on operational issues, work updates and forecast. You will assist to carry out alteration and addition works, major replacement of equipment, tenancy works, energy conservation activities and carry out supervision of works carried out by staff and contractors. You are expected to participate, lead, co-lead in committees on sustainability, Green Mark, WSH, ISO or others as directed by the management on policy implementation to achieve the desired outcomes. You are required to perform the role of Fire Safety Manager for the building. To ensure that processes and procedures remain relevant, you will conduct regular reviews and updates of standard operating procedures. You are required to monitor service and maintenance contracts, conduct tenders for renewal of contracts and ensure timely renewal of statutory permits and licenses. To maintain good tenant relations, you will keep tenants updated on building operations, activities and other new developments and work closely with tenants and contractors on renovation works so as to ensure that works are executed according to approved tenancy plans in conformance with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines and government regulations.
