Job Description
- Daily review and approval of Treasury products, including trade verification, confirmation monitoring, trade settlement, and, if applicable, investigations.
- Watches out for the timely and accurate processing, confirmation, and settlement of trades in compliance with the Bank's rules and procedures.
- Promptly identifying, elevating, and resolving any trade concerns with the front office or counterparties to ensure schedules are fulfilled.
- Controlling the SWIFT Alliance System, which includes issuing SWIFT payments.
- Handling of remittance and deposit-related problems
- Managing difficulties with Accounts Payables, including offering assistance with vendor payments and employee claims
- Creation of management, headquarters, and MAS reporting
- Manages any allocated projects
- Handles outsourcing issues and communicates with service suppliers.
- Takes up checker responsibilities as needed
- Performs other tasks as needed.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree at the very least in business administration, banking and finance, accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the banking sector, specifically in Treasury Operations
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with counterparts at the Chinese-speaking headquarters
- Offering operational support for brand-new company ventures for the fiscal year
- Developing key players on the team and offering effective coaching
