Operations Support Coordinator

Job Description
- Process and monitor all repairs related spare parts orders and update on the delivery schedule
- Perform Transfer Order Receipts and handle discrepancy issue if any.
- Request for quote from purchasing to local purchase spare parts to meet repair needs.
- Create purchase requisition to purchasing to issue purchase order for spare parts.
- Maintain communication with workshop planner for project updates that would affect lead time.
- Manage inventory in repair warehouse, housekeeping and cycle counts.
- Archive order management related document into NOV Document Management System (DMS).
- Pursue continuous improvement in own activities and operations.
- Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System, HSE, as well as all other corporate guidelines.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 2 years’ experience, or equivalent knowledge/education preferable in:
- Manufacturing environment
- Planning
- Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
- Flexible availability (overtime and weekends may be required) preferred
