Order Management Executive (sales & Logistics)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee customer orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring a smooth and timely order process.
Support the sales team by preparing accurate quotations and pricing proposals.
Handle customer purchase orders, ensuring timely and precise order fulfilment.
Coordinate with logistics partners to secure competitive freight rates and on-time shipment of goods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in sales support or logistics coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
A proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
