Order Support Coordinator (automotive, 1 Year Contract)

Job Description


The Opportunity:Our client, a prominent Japanese Automotive Manufacturer with a global presence, is seeking a Order Support Coordinator to join their team. Situated in the heart of Singapore, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily order processing, logistics coordination and claims management.

  • Promenade MRT
  • Gross monthly up to $3,500 + completion bonus
  • Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (with 1 day WFH and flexible arrangement)
The Job:
  • Propose and drive continuous improvements in business and operation.
  • Consolidate statuses of all orders and ensure deliveries and expedition.
  • Verify and process claims report from customers using SAP system.
  • Generate monthly report to consolidate claims summary.
  • Attend to customers\' enquiries - price quotation, stock availability.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
The Talent:
  • Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
  • Familiarity with incoterms will be an added advantage.
  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experiences.
