Order Support Coordinator (automotive, 1 Year Contract)

Job Description
The Opportunity:Our client, a prominent Japanese Automotive Manufacturer with a global presence, is seeking a Order Support Coordinator to join their team. Situated in the heart of Singapore, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily order processing, logistics coordination and claims management.
- Promenade MRT
- Gross monthly up to $3,500 + completion bonus
- Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM (with 1 day WFH and flexible arrangement)
- Propose and drive continuous improvements in business and operation.
- Consolidate statuses of all orders and ensure deliveries and expedition.
- Verify and process claims report from customers using SAP system.
- Generate monthly report to consolidate claims summary.
- Attend to customers\' enquiries - price quotation, stock availability.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
- Familiarity with incoterms will be an added advantage.
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experiences.
