Ensure smooth running of sales order transactional processes
Order administration
Check open orders, availability of articles, monitor delivery time, and send delivery confirmation to customer
Advise customers/suppliers/transport companies about current orders, product shortage, expected delivery dates, price changes and possible deviations and solutions via Email/telephone
Monitor backorder releases. Ensure timely release of orders to achieve customer satisfaction
Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
Support complaints (logistics and commercial) and returns handling
Requirements:
Decent SCM/back office experience preferably in a technical industry.
Knowledge of ERP system (SAP)
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
Location East, 5 days' work week. Able to commit for a year.
