& Requirements: To receive customer politely and to advise for order willing to train to be a barista and make simple drinks willing to be train to help in kitchen during peak hours To attain to customers needs and request To give simple table service such as delivery of orders to customers Clearing of table and cleaning To set up the coffee and bar counter before start shift To clean up the coffee and bar counter before end shift To up keep basic cleaniness and hygene of the cafe Able to use POS system for ordering Able to do inventory control and stock keeping Must be customer oriented and provide excellence customer service Able to show leadership and lead a team of service staffSpecific Responsibilities: Able to be the leader to Ensure smooth operations between front service and back of service of providing good service via Order taking, Making Beverages and Serving to the customers with mininium errors. Upholding excellence service standards.Competencies: to be able to utilize the POS machine for order taking be able to do basic latte art and upsell product to gain sales KIP to please customer and make them at home by gaining them as our regular customers.Duration of Traineeship Attachement Offer: 6 months prior to selection interview to confirm as permanent staff Training to start from 26th July 2022-25th Jan 2023Education Qualifications: ITE/Poly graduates or higher Mid Career without Qualification but have experience can apply
