He/she is responsible for supervising operations, assigning their work stations and resolving work-related problems. His/her role includes providing on-the-job training for staff, handling work-related problems and resolving them in a positive and professional way. He is also required to perform any administrative tasks as assigned to him by the Outlet Management.
