We are expanding and are looking for someone who is passionate about F&B (especially kopi !) and responsible to manage the assigned outlet and ensure it is operational efficient. He/She can expect a wide exposure, career advancement and growth in this role. Job Responsibilities Manage and be involved in day-to-day operations of business (i.e. cashiering, prepare beverages, noodles, toast, closing and opening of outlet, scheduling, etc.) Meet sales targets and profitability of the outlet Work closely with team on their day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations in the outlet Implement workflow procedures based on Supervisor and Management's direction Responsible for inventory management, procurement, stock level and staff management (including overall scheduling) in the outlet Work closely with Supervisor to meet KPIs, strengthen SOPs, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance of all related policies, standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements Maintain excellent customer service standards in the outlet(s) Ensure safety and food hygiene standards are complied in the outlet(s) Other ad hoc duties assigned Skills and Preferred Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in F&B environment Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B management, or any related fields Good knowledge of F&B industry and restaurant operations will be an added advantage Responsible, proactive, and able to communicate effectively (both English and Mandarin) Good delegation, planning, and execution skills required Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills Able to lead, retain and motivate staff Able to work in fast pace-environment and under pressure Customer oriented Immediate or short notice period will be an added advantage Why join us We are expanding and we want to find the right team member to grow with us!
