Job Description



* DxD Hub Communications and Marketing

Work with DxD Hub management to develop and execute a clear vision, strategies and content/SEO for traditional media, online website and Linkedin platforms (LinkedIn)

Plan and manage timely release and maintenance of website content, advertising and social campaigns that will achieve brand and business objectives

Track, analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of executed communication campaigns to identify challenges and opportunities for DxD Hub.

Provide training to staff on communications and presentations

Maintain DxD brand book. Ensure tonality consistency across DxD communications material

Plan and execute virtual and on-site events (eg. webinar/seminar, in-house team building event, pre-event nurturing, post-event feedback) in collaboration with divisions and stakeholders

Support market research where relevant to gather and provide valuable information on trends, customers' interest and concerns, identify gaps and new opportunities and other related data.

Assist with other ad-hoc outreach and administrative duties (including ASEAN DXI, Annual Report, DxD social ambassador etc.) * DxD Hub Talent Development Programmes

Officer-in-charge for the execution of Internship programme

Coordinating with divisions on requirements, and with IHLs and AGA on interns recruitment

Maintain connection with interns and students (via social media, etc.) and promote awareness and ongoing activities at various IHLs

Officer supporting execution of DXD IEFs

  • Support O&T head working with divisions hiring Managers on the overall manpower and recruitment plan for IEF and keep track of the hiring progress
  • Ensuring fulfilment of DXD's onboarding and training commitments (not inclusive of OJT)
  • Conduct and provide analytics/analysis on overall internship demand, recruitment, fulfilment and experience of interns.
  • Reporting of KPIs back to NRF
Job Requirement
  • 2 to 3 years in communications, including e-media and events management would be preferable
