Job Description

The role includes:

• Manage technical resources for end-to-end software delivery using low-code platforms, emerging technologies, Agile methodology
• Design and deliver technical/solution architectures based on business requirements
• Implement the best practices and coding standards for the project, perform code review and hands-on coding if required
• Responsible for effort estimation, development schedules, quality control, technical documentation
• Act as an IT consultant to assist clients with technical solutions, delivery roadmap and post-implementation support strategy
• Lead technical proposals, presentations and demonstrations to client stakeholders
• Involve in acquiring engagements and managing the relationship with clients

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business or related IT discipline
• At least 8 years of experience in software development; experience in large-scale implementation projects will be an added advantage
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing OutSystems web and/or mobile applications; good understanding of OutSystems best practices, architecture patterns, integrations and extensions, application performance; having OutSystems Certification (Web and/or Mobile) will be an added advantage
• Working experience in Agile software development and technical practices
• Demonstrated experience and/or good understanding of microservices, DevOps/DevSecOps
• Experience in designing solution architectures on cloud; experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) or Government Private Cloud (GPC) will be an added advantage
• Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly, strong interest in emerging technologies
• Experience in workflow products, both internet and intranet systems
• Experience in team management
• Ability to understand complex systems and think strategically about business, products and technical challenges
• Team player and passionate in championing the team to continuously refactor and improve to deliver the quality software product
• Professional certifications in low-code platforms, cloud will be an added advantage
• Working experience in consulting, government, banking or fintech environment will be an added advantage
