Draft memos, amendments, modifications to agreements, notice letters, statement of work, meeting notes, review of marketing materials and other tasks geared toward a corporate law environment. Organize and oversee legal files and materials so that they are easily accessed and retrievable without compromising the confidentiality or privacy of the information they contain.
