Duration: Till Aug 2023 (Contract)
Workdays and Time:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Salary: $5500/month
Location: Pasir Panjang
:
- Coordination and stakeholder management with partners including other knowledge and event partners, to ensure:
- Smooth working relationship and communications with partners
- Partnership deliverables and associated KPIs are met
- Support outreach to and engaging sponsors for the event, ensuring that the sponsorship deliverables on both ends are fulfilled, including working on the necessary documentation.
- Other tasks assigned to support the partnerships and sponsorships workstream
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, dynamic and pro-active team player who is able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to connect the dots to find common goals and develop win-win partnerships
- Self-motivated individual
