Job Summary:

• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ;9.00am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 3,500 (Dep on Exp.) + AWS

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters to secure resources for the organization.
• Expand the volunteer and donor base by cultivating relationships with new prospects.
• Manage the volunteer and donor database, respond to inquiries, and maintain engagement.
• Ensure donors receive appropriate support and recognition for their contributions.
• Develop fundraising strategies, annual plans, and targets.
• Establish fundraising policies and protocols.
• Organize and execute fundraising events effectively.
• Monitor and report on donations to meet fundraising goals.
• Supervise volunteer assignments and improve satisfaction through training and role matching.
• Advocate for the organization\'s mission and values within the community.
• Enhance brand visibility through publications, the website, and social media.
• Manage the creation and distribution of publications and media releases with consistency and professionalism.
• Proficiency in design software such as Canva.
